Dr. Supak is the founder of Emcura Immediate Care, Cura Integrative and Cura IV. Dr. Supak trained in Family Medicine at the University of Michigan and completed her fellowship at the prestigious Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Supak is board certified in both family medicine and integrative medicine and has been practicing for over 10 years. She truly cares about her patients and is committed to empowering people to lead healthier lives both physically and mentally through holistic and allopathic approaches. As an Associate Professor at Michigan State University, she is committed to medical education. When she is not at work, she is busy taxing her three boys to their various activities! Some of her favorite health tools include restful sleep, an anti-inflammatory diet, meditation, heart math and journaling.

Dr. Jen holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Oakland University in Rochester MI, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from the University of Detroit Mercy. She holds ANCC board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship and became certified in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She is a board certified nurse practitioner in Michigan and Arizona with 25
years of clinical experience.
Dr. Jen practice and research interests include integrative and functional medicine care focusing on lifestyle changes, stress reduction, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and movement to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. She works with individuals, families, communities, and health systems to develop integrative approaches in health promotion, disease prevention, and root cause of illness and symptoms engaging the patient as an informed and empowered partner, personalizing care and using all appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She specializes in gut dysbiosis, detoxification, nutrition, weight management, anxiety, depression, women’s health, bioidentical hormone replacement therapies, wellness and anti- aging management with a focus on health optimization. Location: Kelsey primarily works at our Northville location.
Kelsey is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Detroit Mercy. Kelsey graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2014 and went on to her nursing career as an Emergency Room Nurse at a level 2 trauma center for 6 years. It was there she gained much of her nursing experience and knowledge to move on to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner graduating in April of 2020, which was the onset of the COVID pandemic. During her 2.5 years at Emcura, Kelsey has come to love connecting and taking care of integrative medicine patients and goes above and beyond to ensure all patients have a great IV experience. Kelsey has become our IV specialist, supervising our new IV program, taking courses to ensure our practices are the most up to date and has a gentle approach in making the IV experience comfortable. Kelsey enjoys taking care of pediatric patients as she has 2 small children of her own. When Kelsey is not chasing her two kids at home, she enjoys being on the water, vacationing up north and working out.
Dr. Kayla Kane holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Detroit Mercy. Kayla graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. While enrolled in the nursing program, she was also participating as a Division 1 athlete in softball. She started her nursing career at Trinity Health Oakland, where she spent four and a half years on a Neuroscience step down unit. In this position, she had to navigate patients with multiple chronic illnesses. This included the complicated neurological patient populations with diagnosis of strokes, seizures, dementia and more.
After completion of her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2022, Kayla began working at Emcura Immediate Care. She has contributed immensely to the practice, specifically in regards to the integrative medicine IV clinic. This has allowed her to utilize her previous medical experience as well as her sports background. She recently finished her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Detroit Mercy, with her main project focusing on IV documentation. This has helped to ensure proper communication between providers and enhance patient safety protocols. Kayla loves treating people of all ages and being able to connect with her patients to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Kayla is a proud member and provider of the LGTBQIA+ community

Shelby is known to have a friendly, energetic, and positive personality that is comforting and pleasurable to work with. As a result, she is known for providing compassionate and comprehensive care to each of her patients.
Shelby first obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy’s School of Nursing. After two years of working as a registered nurse, she went on to earn her Master of Medical Science from the University of Detroit Mercy’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). During her time at Emcura, she has become an expert with IV therapy and has a way of making patients experience special.
In her spare time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, boating, and taking care of her son Lincoln.
Dr Green provides consultations for integrative cancer care, survivorship care, cancer prevention and mental wellness. Dr Green is also Research Director for KNOWoncology.org, an integrative cancer research database.

Dr. Michael Walker specializes in naturopathic oncology, a unique discipline that offers expert guidance in safe and evidence-informed integrative approaches to whole person cancer care. He believes that patients with cancer benefit greatly from working with a multidisciplinary team of medical practitioners to personalize their care.
Dr. Walker graduated from Yale University and subsequently completed post-baccalaureate premedical coursework to pursue medicine. During his four-year naturopathic medical education at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Walker developed a passion for oncology. He was accepted to the highly competitive two-year residency in naturopathic oncology at Cancer Treatment Centers of America outside of Chicago. As a resident and then as a staff naturopathic provider at CTCA, he collaborated closely with surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and other practitioners to optimize patients’ care for a wide range of cancers, including rare tumors. He has further experience in hematologic cancers and supporting patients planning for or who have undergone stem cell transplantation. Dr. Walker assists individuals with cancer diagnoses seeking to include integrative approaches to their plan of care at his office in Emcura Integrative in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan as well as through Corewell Health’s Integrative Medicine Department at Beaumont Royal Oak.
Dr. Walker is a fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO) and a past board member of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP).
Dr. Poulos, ND is dedicated to providing personalized care for women’s health and wellness. Her focus on understanding the unique experiences and concerns of women allows her to offer tailored treatment options.
She uses conventional and functional testing, comprehensive intake, and collaborating with other practitioners if necessary to formulate a cohesive and realistic treatment plan. With a keen interest in areas such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, digestive health, and skin conditions, Dr. Poulos’s expertise is rooted in her education from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario, where she earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. She is licensed as a naturopathic doctor in New Hampshire.
Emily Camiener is an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Loma Linda University, focused on plant based eating. Emily uses her nutrition counselling skill to help you change your behaviours to reach your health goals.
Her areas of expertise include, women’s health, cardiovascular disease, sports nutrition and mindful eating for weight management.
He received his doctor of chiropractic degree at the prestigious National University of Health Sciences, graduating cum laude in 2010. While in school, Dr. Abrams developed a strong interest in soft tissue techniques and functional rehabilitation. Utilizing these two facets of therapy in combination with chiropractic manipulation has given him a well-rounded approach to treating his patients, which yields quicker and more effective results.
He is a Graston Technique Specialist and is in the process of obtaining his Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Certification.
